The Organizers reserve the right to make necessary changes to this programme. Every effort will be made to keep the presentations and speakers as represented.
However, unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution or rescheduling or cancellation of presentation topics and / or speakers.
Incomplete registration and forms will not be accepted.
Registrations will be confirmed only after payment is received in full. Payment in parts will not be accepted.
Last date of registration and payment is April 23rd, 2023.
No refunds for cancellations.
If the conference is abandoned, cancelled or suspended in whole or in part by reason of war, fire, national emergency, labor dispute, strike, lock out, civil disturbance, inevitable accident, acts of natural calamities / disaster or any other cause not within the control of the organizers, the organizers shall be under no liability to the delegate in respect to any actions, claims, losses including consequential losses, costs or expenses whatever which may be brought against or suffered or incurred by the delegate. In such events, the organizers shall be entitled to retain such portion of the participation fee as required to compensate the Organizers for expenses incurred up to the time of the force majeure event.
